Where to Get Scales for Lionsteel?

Based on other threads I've seen, it kind of looks like Lionsteel makes no effort at all to support its products. Is that wrong? Maybe the best course is to dump this orphan knife and get a comparable or better one from a responsive company that isn't on a ventilator. I feel like I got suckered in when I read the claim that new scales were available.

I was thinking of getting a bigger sheath knife from Lionsteel, but now I'm afraid it would be like buying a DeLorean right before the coke bust.

Fortunately, finding great knives is not hard these days.
 
I also would like to hear any successful reports from CS with Lionsteel.
I‘m sorta in the same boat as OP.
 
Maybe off topic.......
I understand that making after market scales for the best selling knives is more profitable.
So some knives it would not be profitable.
Although I am surprised there are popular knives I can't get scales.
 
ToolsforGents sells Lionsteel scales but seems they are very expensive.

Had good experience with Lionsteels c.s. when I lost a pivot screw in my sr2a. Got a new one quickly free of charge.
