where to get the large size karda and Chakmaks?

Where do you get the larger karda and chakmaks from?
and how much are they?

The Karda and Chakma are matched to the khukuri at the shop.
The karda and chakma are not sold separately, as there are usually no extras.
The only exceptions I can think of are the YCS karda and Kumar karda. They are large enough not to be accessory knives anymore, but knives in their own right.
