OK all, I'm sure this has been asked before but I'm just too lazy to search for the thread.
So, besides here and eBay, where else can one find GEC's FS.
There are some stupid prices on eBay and no doubt some people pay them.
Me, I'm a user, not a collector.
But I like traditional knives, specially the 1 bladed GEC kind.
Would some kind soul point me in the proper direction?
Thank you.

Discussion on where to purchase isn’t allowed here. Go to the GEC website and click on authorized dealers. If you want aftermarket, check out the WTS forum here.

The exchange here is a great place to find them. Many of them are very reasonably priced as the members here know, we (or most of us) are all in this for the love of the knives and not to flip them or make money off them. If you are patient, you can find some great deals. Good luck hunting, Sir!

Define GEC “for sale” as it’s very difficult except for a few random releases to find a GEC from a dealer just randomly shopping. The usual places to buy and sell used knives are where I have had the best luck.

The exchange here is the only place we can mention by name.
Everywhere else that sells LNIT/NIT/Users isn't a sponsoring dealer.

Good Luck getting one from a regestered dealer at retail at the release. The dealers are sold out inside of 1 second (1.25 to 1.5 seconds if an "unpopular" model) after the release.
The sole exception is the Traditional Forums annual knife. (usually made by GEC) There are restrictios to buy - must be a gold or higher paying member, have 50 or more posts in theTraditionals sub forum, that are not "nice knife" or the like.

There is usually a limit of one knife per qualifying member during the pre-buy period. I'm not sure, but I think when any extras go on sale for those that don't meet one or more qualificaton (or missed the pre-buy period for some reason) someone who bought one during the pre-buy can get a second one?

Basically, plan on buying on the secondary market. (And good luck finding the one you want at a price you are willing to pay.🙄)
