Where to order a Busse?

I'm looking to order a Steel Heart II. Is there anywhere to order them other than directly through Busse? I know a lot of people carry the Basics line, but I've can't seem to find anyone that carries his other knives.

As a brief explanation, Busse distributes his Combat Basics through normal distribution channels to dealers so dealers can buy them and sell them like most other knives. All the other Busse's are "customs." That's why you see so many dealers selling the Combat Basics. Take care.
