Where to Post Complaint Thread about a Knifemaker

Looking for some guidance on where to post a complaint thread about a knifemaker. The knife was not purchased through BST, but I'd like to make it public so people are aware. Is the feedback thread the place to go or somewhere else?

Feedback isn't just for purchases from the exchanges. People post threads about companies and other sales all of the time. The main purpose of that section is to inform the knife community of any potential crawly businesses, so if you have one in mind please post it for everyone else's sake.
