Where to purchase the Swisstool Spirit S?

I'm looking into buying the new Swisstool Spirit S, but I have only found one retailer who has it: http://www.swissknifeshop.com/prodinfo.asp?number=53809 for $63

Now, I have found places like Amazon selling the normal Spirit for $50, and the Spirit S has a slightly lower MSRP, so i'm just wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper place to get the Spirit S?

Felinevet only appears to have the regular Swisstool Spirit, not the Spirit S with the spearpoint blade.
Looking at the normal Spirit though, it looks like they redesigned the scissors to not have the wierd spring, is that the case?
