Where to send a 1095 fixed blade to get recoated?

As the title states, where can I send a 1095 steel fixed blade to get recoated? Does anyone here provide such a service? How much would something like this cost?

Who coated it to begin with? And why can't you send it back to them?

You can always go the other route and strip any remaining coating off with paint remover from ACE hardware (other brands too)? I soaked mine for a couple hours and the coating slipped off like a pair of rubber pajamas. Makes sharpening & cutting easier too.

I was interested in this kind of thing too. I know there are do it yourself supplies but I did not think I wanted to buy a whole set for one or two items...
