Where to send a SAK for repair?

Hi Mark,
in Germany we have a central storage facility from Victorinox where I would try my luck. AFAIK you are located in CZ, and as well in the EU as we are. So a facility in Germany would save you with customs, at least.

Some years ago I sent a Vic in and it was sent to CH. They made the repair and sent it back to me. FYI: I found the address on the german knife forum site but I couldn´t find it on their site as well.
Before sending anything I would ask Vic via email if this facility still exists.
