Had a few people comment that I was MIA on this forum. Well, I’ve been here, just lurking mostly. I finally joined Imgur, so I can share some pics again here. Hope they don’t crater like Photobucket did back in the day.

Here is my latest CRK, that I really like. I hesitated for years on this knife as it didn’t look comfortable to hold in pictures. I can attest it is a ergonomic masterpiece.

My daughter and I took a trip to the Arctic and back this past summer. One of a few knife pics I took along our travels.

I should add........I never considered this knife when it still had mandatory serrations. Although the serrations look great, they are not something I typically want on a camping knife. So a big thanks to CRK for offering the knife with and without.

Beautiful knife. I’m also glad they make it without the serrations. Now they just need to make it in 3v and I’m sold.

I’ve found the Pacific knife to have a pretty durable edge. I have a Bark River Bravo 1.25 in CPM 3V, so I know how great that steel is and I hear you.

One thing I can guarantee is the Pacific will put a huge smile on any knife person’s face. Not just to look at, but also as a user. It’s a bit big for a lot of tasks, but comfortable, beautiful, and functional nonetheless. I musta batonned a chord of wood with it this past year. The guncote finish is holding up very well.
