Hello All,

I recently sent a Gents folder to Michael for maintenance after emailing him for his address. He gave me the information that I needed. I shipped it airborne later to find out that the idiots there left it at his doorstep and didn't get a signature. I have email Mike on several occassions trying to get a response as to whether he received it or not.

I have not recieved a response yet. If anyone can provide me with a new phone number or contact information for him, I would greatly appreciate it.

Mike was staying at my house, but moved out at the end of September. Try Mike at this e-mail smithknife@hotmail.com . Also, he is working out of Reese's shop, so you can e-mail Reese rwphil413@earthlink.net and see if he can give Mike a poke

The information on his site is the original contact info that I had used, but is no longer valid. Dogman, thanks much for your email and response. I have provided all the details in a response to you and have sent the same info to Reese.

Hopefully, Mike or someone received the knife, and Mike just hasn't had the capability of responding to his mail messages.

I don't mean to sound like a worry wart, but, considering the circumstances, it doesn't look great. I am afraid he never got it and I could be out the value of the knife.

Hey Bob,
Good reason to worry. I sent a knife to Miami via A.E. a few weeks ago and it vanished. Not trying to get anything over on them just trying to get paid for the value of the knife declared and I even have the original invoice for it. Man are they being a pain.

Valerie Elishewitz responded to my post and gave me an updated phone number for Reese Weiland.

I called Reese and found out that Mike was using his shop temporarily. Reese gave me Mike's new number and told me that Mike hasn't been seen for like 3 days. I have left messages for him with no response in email or phone. I then dispatched AE to see if they could go back and retreive the package.

I am now waiting to here back to see if they got it.

The saga continues.
