Bless you for passing that on, Sandi.
As for Yvsa, if you are listening, drop us a line now and then.
Talking about medications, last week the cops had an area ( for two blocks every direction ) cordoned off for like six hours. Guy had abreacted to antidepressants and gone paranoid. They got him out and sent him to the state mental hospital. I finally heard about it two or three days ago, and I think I saw him driving around released yesterday.
Point is, I know the guy, had an invite to his wedding a year back, and he ain't the cuckoo type. Got a jackass side to him, but that's about average anyway. Some folks just seem to be missing some chemical compound and if you plug in the right antidepressant it's like adding a vitamin. Everything falls in place.
Plug in a near twin med, and they go raving.
Taper them off of a needed med and they're next thing to being catatonic while still walking talking and functional til someone who knows the symptoms diagnosis a suicide waiting to happen.
Point two is there isn't a thing wrong with their thinking, after the chemical situation is fixed.
Sorry for the off topic tirade, but while I've known lots of weirdos, wet brains, tardive diskinesive, and so on, from street drugs, and dozens struggling with trying one after the other RX drugs til one works right, this is the first guy I know personally who held off a swat team on prescription drugs.
