where's a really EXPENSIVE place to buy knives?

many's the time I've seen posted queries here as to the cheapest internet site to buy knives. My question is just the opposite: can anyone direct me to an expensive retail knife site?
I ask because I had a Spyderco swiped from my checked and locked bag recently on an intl. flight. The insurer requires a written replacement cost from a retailer. If I can print one off the web, so much the easier.

Mochiman, seriously, that really is your best bet. Spyderco lists the Full Retail Cost. Almost all Dealer prices are 30 to 55% Lower.

Many thanks. You folks have saved me a trip to town. I have other Spydercos, but each is different. There's just something about that 50/50 combo edge Delica--swell fishing knife, among other things-- that I really miss. Must replace.
