Geez, he hasn't posted in almost 2 whole days! MIA? Vacation? Secret mission to Papathuds INFI stash?

I contacted Miss Cobalt to try and ransom him back for more INFI, but all I heard her say was something about a Game Warden and some laughing.....she then hung up :p

Looks like she got that Warden after all...

Don't come between a woman and her Warden.

I had been in contact with him about bike stuff. Other than not listening to me about bikes he's fine.

I'm killing of the leftovers from last night. And I was thinking that this is the third Ganzaaa that I have not directly participated in.:grumpy: On the bright side I’ll have to drink more to more deeply consider that.

Watch the last 45 min of today's stage of the Tour de France:cool:

I found him...

Cobalt, Tony G, and KAAK were just out riding bikes and smoking cigars.

Wow, cobalt rides old school!

You just don't see enough cigarettes or cigars being smoked at the Tour de France.

Maybe they should bring it back. Flunk a drug test? Okay buddy, you've got to chain smoke Cohibas from here to the Pyrenees. :D

Ok, now that is funny right there.

But, I have not been far away, just busy doing other things that take priority over this stuff, and I am happy I did. If I had been around the other night I would have another monstrous CC bill, as it stands I am building up another bike and am thus searching for items. Bikes are not cheap, well, good ones are not.

Tony, I do listen to you and I do agree on your choice of Reynolds over zipp, however, I completely disagree with tubular over clincher. If you are sponsored and have a chase car with spare wheels behind you fine otherwise, I do not want to be carrying around a spare tire and spending the double time it takes to fix it, and I definitely do not want to do the Beloki dance going down a hill. But Reynolds is definitely on my want list.

I have no fluggin' idea what Cobalt just said, but somehow, I get the impression that a gauntlet has been thrown down. :D :p

Beloki obviously had an inproperly glued wheel.

You do most of your braking with your front wheel but his rear wheel is the one that came off.

Carrying a spare kind of sucks but it's probably easier to swap out a tubular than replace a tube in a clincher. The thing that takes time is if you try to fix a punctured tubular, you run a big risk of creating another leak when you sew it back up.

I think the biggest drawback for tubular is the expense, while a clincher's biggest disadvantage is weight.

Well OK at least you are going half way.

Sew-ups are actually safer than clinchers; if you have some good Scotch with you in Vegas. I'll take the time to tell you why. Too bad my wheels are in Montana being raced on this summer. I could send them to you to check out.

If KAAK was on the front of a bike I was riding I’d need ear plugs to mute his screams on the descents.:D

yes, you will have to explain it to me over scotch, lots of scotch, so I can understand. I know how much lighter they are, but I have seen more issues with sew-ups than I have with clinchers. Maybe they were cheap sew-ups.

and yes, I have escaped, Paul. I had to give up the name of the INFIdel who stole the Fat custom Warden, so she is on her way there and mentioned something about elimination and wood chipper, not sure what she meant, but she had a wood chipper in tow.
