Yes, as I understand it. I do not know more, but I asked about her when another one if the Girls answered the.phone, and.they.said she had.left the company. No, they did not elaborate.
 
They are still using her contact info til they transition to whoever is the new head of the office
 
Hope it was all on good terms.. she had outstanding customer service skills, even in the thick of troff frenzies...
 
Bummer. She will be missed. I was wondering about this possibility as I recently sent a talon hole infringement concern to her acct and have not seen a reply. That never has been the case before, she always replied.

Last email I got from Busse came from Lexi's account but was signed by Shaley.
