Where's Mete?

I haven't seen Mete (Robert) around here in a while. He was posting regularly for a loooong time but stopped earlier in the year. His last post was in January. He was a great contributor and a long-time regular around here, I miss having him around. I sent him an email but it bounced back. Has anybody heard from him?

Robert is not well. He had some serious issues last year with some strokes and then had complications involving frostbite in January. He is in a facility and doesn't have access to ( or the ability to use) the internet or phones. I pray for him regularly.

I have his brother's contact info if anyone want to PM me. I have Robert's number, too, but don't know if he can answer a call.

That's not something you recover from, he is alive but his mind is no longer with us.

Pretty bummed out, never got to say goodbye or thank him enough for the information he shared.

Terrible news. Mete has been such a huge part of my experience on this forum, especially in the early days.
