Where's my Custom Title?

hi guys i recently bought your gold membership and paid the extra $10 for a custom ttle order number 57004 on 7/7/06 but the title hasnt been applied yet how do i go about getting that done ? thanks in advance for the help

I moved your post to a new thread because I was afraid it wouldn't be noticed buried in the read the faqs thread. I think the guys are going to need your order number.
