Wheres my vulcan?

hey guys,

I was just wondering how long the average wait for warranty repairs is? I sent my Mini vulcan in for new springs cause the old ones failed and Ive been waiting for just over a month since they got it. Is this typical, are they really just that slow. When I send my knives to other manufactures I get it back with in 2 weeks.
Either way im getting sick of waiting and if it doesnt come back soon i might just tell them to keep it, and do buisness with other manufactures from now on. Generally im pretty patient but come on :grumpy:
 
Our typical warranty time is 7-10 working days. Tack on a few days each way fro shipping and it can total a little more then 3 weeks to complete the cycle. If you are concerned about your warranty item you can contact our warranty department at warranty@sogknvies.com or 888-405-6433 and follow the prompts to get to the warranty department. The will be able to give you status on your knife and let you know when it should ship out if it has not already shipped out.

I already did at the 3 weeks mark and they said they hadn't even sent it to the warranty department yet. I asked why and never got a reply. Thanks though for the information but If its not back in another week, you guys can keep it. I love the knife but Im not liking the service.

yah once chris helped me out i had no troubles. it will be here next week.

still overall elasped time would be 1 month 4 days of waiting. Kind of long, hopefully they fixed my problems i was having with my knife.
 
Yes the knife is on the way home and actually it had gone out the day before I inquired about it. Apparently I had some incorrect info about our warranty times. Currently we are running a little slow and warranty times are 3-4 weeks. We are in the process of making that shorter but it will take a couple weeks to get fully caught up.
