There was a recent series of events in which they seem to have gotten mad about people complaining about lock failures and other various QC problems, so they stated they were leaving the forums. Who knows about the web site or if they are still in business. Anyways, their forums should be in the archives here and you can read all the happenings yourself and see what ya think.
