Where's the thread about Microtech locks?

I think the thread was started by CUTIGER and the topic was "What's the verdict on MICROTECH locks?". I get a missing page -report when I try to search it. Did it go nasty and get deleted?

Otherwise, if it's missing it was moved somewhere else I would guess.
