How come there aren't many knives or even axes available made from Z-Tuff?
It seems like the Z is objectively better than most, if not all, low alloy steels (1095, O-1, L6, 5160), and would fit that role nicely. Is it the expense? Availability of source steel? Hard to work with? Combination of different items? Or is 3V generally the choice over Z-Tuff?
