Just came home from work, taking all my junk off, duty belt and such when I took my 350 from my pocket it slipped from my hand and landed on the flipper and deployed just like it should except it missed my socked foot by a hair and twirled off along the floor. Be careful out there!
 
No kidding.....dropping any thing sharp sucks, especially when you "catch" it with your foot:(

I know its not a kershaw but, one time I was practicing some locked balisong aerials with the blade taped and...

this landed about 2 inches from my bare foot.
 
There is no such thing as a safe knife. It's a knife! It's up to you to not be lax with your blades.
I like speedsafe because it doesn't let you close the knife on your thumb. I've knicked my fingernail with my Skyline one too many times.

I shut my skyline on my thumb right after I cut my nails all the way down. Talk about a deep bloody wound... .
 
Glad to hear it was a miss! Funny that others posted about getting nailed by their Skyline, happened to me a few weeks ago too when I was closing it up.
 
I managed to open my 0301 in my pocket once while dancing at a wedding, I was surprised to feel an edge when I slid my hand in to see why it felt funny.

I had a cheap switchblade pop open in a pair of jeans. I put my hand in my pocket for my keys and felt something bite me. Looked down and saw the tip sticking THROUGH the pant leg and blood pouring off it. Needless to say, I threw it in the garbage.
