I recently purchased a Nuwai 3watt flashlight

by the way thanks for all that posted info and links.

Now, is it better to go ahead and get rechargeable(are they even available?)

or is there a source online to buy small quantity (as many as a dozen or so) or whatever the price brake is, also

What brand is recommended?

Thanks in advance for your help :)

If you become a member at candle powers forum you can order from batterystation.com and they have there own cr123's that you can get for a dollar each. You have to order atleast 10 batteries.
Hope this helps..

I believe there is also an r R123 lithium-ion cell that is rechargeable, provides slightly less run time but increases the output of the Q-3 about 33%, there is a review here:
Nuwai Q3

Quite a long discussion about the light and batteries here.

Q3 and rechargables

Cheers,
Charles

Battery Station or Surefire batteries are the way to go. I think you have to buy the Surefire batteries by the dozen. I buy mine from the Battery Station.

Thanks for the replies,

The nuwai is a great little light, but like all lights no better than your battery, or should I say back up battery.

I will get them ordered right away.

Thanks everyone,

I ordered 12 of the surefires, will probably take a closer look at the

rechargeables before I order again.
