Which Becker for carving Turkey?

They weren't really big sellers.

And to answer the OP, I'm thinking my 9 should do it. Although for my plate in particular I'm going with the 15 cause it is sexy in the hand.

Can't go wrong with the Becker/Esee kitchen set, but for me. Ethan gave me a 5 last year. It came straight home and hasn't left my kichen since.

Bk9 makes short work of any turkey.
And if your bird is too dry, you can easily baton through it with the 9.

I don't have a BK5 so I used my BK15. The 5 woulda been perfect though. The 9 would probably be too big for what we had going, though I do regularly use the 9 to slice through squashes this time of year.

Don't have a 5 or a 15, so I used a 9. The slightly blunt tip is great for digging those "chunks" out that are not easily slice-able.
