Which Becker(s) are you missing and want to get?

Which Becker(s) are you missing and want to get?

I’d have to say I would like to get a BK62 Kephart and a BK20 Boondock Bowie. The 62 is easy enough, I just have to order one when I have the extra funds. The 20 is another story…It’s probably just a “dream” ever finding one available and at a pricepoint that I could actually say yes to.

How about you?

Yeah........the BK20 Bundok is kinda on my list but.....I still prefer the BK29 Moses Bowie....and I already have one of those.

BK98 is on there, too.

Finding one will be hard, finding one at a price that I can actually afford is a whole other thing...

A second BK-9, perhaps. Already got a 5 and 16 at each abode, which is pretty much all ya need.
I like the 20, but the 21 was different and filled that role, so the 21 stayed.

I have a BK9 and also a Kephart that I use the hell out of both. They have both been modified/stripped/patinaed which makes them even more amazing!!!

I grab my 9 way more than my 7 in practical usage.

Ha! I was thinking the same thing. And I'm in the same boat – I have the cooking set. The 98 is definitely more of a want. Should have jumped on it when it was available.

Kind of looking at the 7 and 10 now. Both are still produced, so it’s not a treasure hunt like it is with some of these others. I don’t know. I don’t have a need. It’s just a “Gotta catch ‘em all!” situation.

The only one I’ve been using so far is my first 16, the one I’ve convexed. It came with a really uneven grind with several stop/starts that bothered me, but I’ve been using it for small projects where I normally would have used a box cutter blade, held in the fingers.

I bought my Wife the cooking set a few years ago and it's still her go to knife set for the house. She keeps the BK98 and BK15 in the camp trailer.

We do the same! The 15 and the 5 are definitely our go-to knives for field food prep!
