Which blade steel for zero scandi?

Which blade steel would be best for a zero scandi and other very thin, low angle edges?

I'm looking at K390 or 4V, at 64, and 63 HRC respectively.
 
Any fine-grained, tough steel with a good heat treat will do. My fave, and by far my sharpest knife, is a Scandi by Brazilian cutliero Ivan Campos in humble 1070 steel.
