Which BM Nimravius should I buy? Unfortunately I don't have the $ for all of them.

I think you'll like the performance you get out of M-2. I have several knives from BM with M-2 and am quite happy with the way they are heat treating it. Not that the 154CM is bad, it isn't by any stretch. It just seems to me the M-2 holds an edge longer, isn't brittle and seems easier to sharpen. If you take care of the M-2, you'll just get a rather satisfying patina and little (if any) rust. Just takes a little care is all.
