NAN,
I have and use both the Yukon and Pro. If you want the knife strictly for skinning, the Professional skinner is hard to beat. The finger grooves also help alot for gripping, especially when your hands are wet. BUT, at times, I wish it didn't have the grooves, they bite into my hands. Probably because I have small and skinny hands. For a more 'general' use I like the Yukon better, plus it has a more pointy tip for delicate jobs. I like both, but I use a different knife for a different occasion. I doubt it if you're going to be disappointed with any of them.
Eh... forgot to mention, my favorite Doziers are the Straight Personal and the Canoe Knife (gotta love the handle). They are really sweet.
