Looking for a Boker folder whithin 40-60$ for using while being in forest, mountains, maybe during hunting and etc. As the result of a longtime searching finally found one which looks pretty nice and seems not to have the worst characteristics. Speaking about Boker Plus Kal 74 with plain edge blade, liner locking.

How do you think is my choise good? If you have any other thoughts please recommend.

thanks.

I've had this fixed blade for years and with a few passes on a strop it's sharp as a light saber.

I prefer folders.

Judging by the number of replies Boker folders are not very popular for hunting :)

I have used folders many times for hunting and nothing wrong with that at all. It's just easier to use and clean a fixed for field dressing game for me.It's surely a quality knife and if you like it,I'd say go for it.
