Which Broadsword should I get?

I have my eyes set on the following two broadswords:

CAS Iberia: 1012GT, this one has no dimension given on the website, cheapest I could find was 107, but it comes with "a simple carrying case" which I assume is not a scabbard.

Cold Steel: 88cws This one comes with a leather scabbard, but the cheapest price was 199.

Now I know both companies produce quality merchandise, but which one would be better, I would hate to pay about 100 extra just for a scabbard. Speaking of which, can I get one made anywhere?

Please give your experience, and please let's not turn this into a geographical political discussion.

TIA

Just as a thought the old adage that you get what you pay for is very true when looking for swords. I might suggest that looking for the item with the cheapest price might not be the way to go but rather looking for an item within your maximum price range might be a better idea. As far as Cas Iberia goes I think in general they are regarded to be sort of the low end of the market. The jury still seems to be out on cold steel although initial reports are pretty good. As a thrifty alternative to Cas you might consider www.kriscutlery.com. For high end production stuff I still don't think that www.armor.com can be matched. Hope this helps.

Russ also should have mentioned that his Tritonworks makes very good scabbards for more than reasonable prices.

I own two Cold Steel Japanese style swords, and I like them very much. I also own a number of Hanwei items from CAS Iberia and think they are better than most give them credit for. One thing, the Cold Steel Swords are made for cutting. Some of the stuff from Hanwei of late is for purely reinactment and stage use, and do not have edges.

Re-enactment? oh, well, I guess I'm going to go with Cold Steel then. Found a shop that says they will give me 10% above dealer price + tax, hopefully that will bring it down some.

Thanks for the replies.
