Which Busse blades are convex-ground?

Has Busse made any fully-convex-ground blades besides the Sarsquatch and the Jackhammer?

Edit- nevermind, these two are convex edge only. Just reread your post.

I think the ZTSJ And 3/16" SJLE are too.

what about comp HR?

edit: i was thinking edges too.

The ZTSJ is saber ground with a zero edge and so is the 3/16" SJLE I believe.

but then that would make the comp HR & JH sabers with convex edges right?

dang now I gotta pull em out and look at them too.

The CE SAR is a convex blade for sure...on the CE HR I have it appears only the edge is convexed, should be same on CE JH. Not saber's though.

He Ken, if you ever want to let go of that BA LE let me know. :p:D

MD13 may want back. Jaxx then KH has called dibs...but I'll put you on the list after them.
Don't see ever getting rid of, But IF I ever did I dought it would get past those major Hogs:p

The SAR 5 was full convex as are all the large SARs.

Neither the Hell Razors or Jackhammers are convex ground blades... just the edge.

I don't know much about the older knives buy I understand from some old hogs that there may also be some old SHBMs that are nearly full convex.... I'd sure like to find one.

.

The HOGSJTLE was the first production knife from Busse to be given a full convex primary grind. There were some FSH versions that exhibited convex profiles, but they were few and far between.

The AKs and RKs have a pseudo-convex shape due to the CBT.

Don't know how I missed this... Must be slippin'!! Yeah, Ken... Gotta try & pry that out of your hand one of these days, so it can join a few other LE #7's that are hangin' around the house... Most notably (for me), FBMLE #7  ...So yeah, what you said... DIBS!!!

LOL :)

It is important to make the distinction between convex grind which is the entire bevel and convex edge which is just the edge. I did not have my SAR5 for long before I sent her away
to Eric for new pants but I thought it had a convex bevel and a flat edge?

I also read somewhere possibly BadMojo that the ERGO LE's all had convex zero edges?

The comp Busses which is a fabulous idea have flat edges and convex zero edges.
