Which ceramic/smooth steel for INFI?

Hey all, which ceramic or steel do you use on your INFI? I know The Toolshed probably has some info on this, but here we are.
I have 4-10" INFI blades. Thanks

Here's where I get mine. I use a S-11 and a C-11.

A 14" Half smooth/Half Grooved steel from HandAmerican.

Great steel ! The grooved side is so smooth, I have to hold it up to the light to tell the difference in the sides.

Does NOT remove metal, but does a great job of alinging (SP ????) the blade.

The sheath is made from stropping leather.
