Which clip is correct for Centofante II?

I have two SE Cent IIs and they have two differnet clips. One has a bug and the other one has a Pat number on it. Which one is the one that came from the factory? Maybe they both did but one is earlier than the other. One is numbered 218 and the other is 467 on the blade.

Also how many of these numbered ones were made?
 
Any C-50 owners out there with one that has the Pat number on the clip? I think the one with the Pat number on the clip is the correct one for sure. The one I was wondering about was the one with the bug. Maybe they came both ways?
