Which Color Endura?

Hi Folks,

I am about to order a new Endura and would like your opinions on what color to get. I do not want a bright knife (that could be a problem, here) and I do not want the ubiquitous black. I have narrowed it down to grey and purple.

So, which one, grey or purple?

I am not sure how that "Nylon" thing got on the subject line :( and we cannot fix them.
 
Grey might be your better color. Had a grey one in the past. Don't know about the purple. All boils down to what you want and the type/color of clothing you have.
 
Gray, brown or the ZDP model in British Racing Green. I think all of them have black clips, if that matters.
 
I am leaning towards the grey, but that purple is nice. I cannot make up my mind whether I like the brown, so I will pass.
 
I have a grey Endura and Delica...wife has the purple Delica. I like both. BOTH could be lower "profile" then black but for different reasons. My "gut" here is GREY though...
 
I have the gray one and think the color is great. It blends in with just about any color clothing and looks very subdued and yet stylish IMO. It's very similar to foliage green, both in the actual color and in the way it seems to blend in. With a deep carry clip it's about as discrete as you can get.

I love the FOLIAGE green you mention but just a heads up to readers and the OP that is NOT the green FRN Endura color! The green FRN is kinda sickly... :barf:
 
I love purple... all purple everything. Purple endura, purple delica. if it doesent come in purple i find a way to dye or coat it lol.
 
I have a purple Delica my wife gave me, and I have a grey Delica, as well. I know the colors. The purple is not bright...it is not like that (as David pointed out) sickly green. Nor, is it like the blue (I like the blue). It is rather subdued in most light. I thought of getting the purple to match the knife my wife gave. But, I also thought of getting the grey as it really looks good and blends in with everything. It also matches my smartphone cover very nicely ;)
 
Get a grey one and use hot glue and purple rit dye to make it purple and grey. That will look awesome
 
I like the purple, but I'd get something different as you have a purple Delica already. I like variety!
 
Thanks folks, it was a hard choice as I like both. But, I just pulled the trigger on a grey one. I will post pics when it comes.
 
Purple being my favorite color so i am biased to say purple. however i would also get the grey. If you could get the zdp go with that, if not purple :D
