Hi, if I have a design for a tactical fixed blade and I would like to have it made in a tool steel at a reasonable price, which custom knife maker would you guys recommend?
Has any of you had any custom designs done by anyone and what was your experience like.
I'm a bit concerned about the cost as I'm on a really tight budget for a custom tactical fixed blade of about 7" length and OAL about 12".
Just a plain simple penetration tip design with a curved blade for slashing, no serrations or saw edge, how much you reckon that would set me back by?
Handle would be wrapped cord done by myself.. hopefully that saves a bit of cost...
But hey, I'm open to any suggestions on anything.. if there is a knife that you guys can recommend, it would be good too..
