I was wondering what the concensus was how many prefer the lock-back to the liner-lock and why /My preference is lock-back because I am left handed and most liner-lock's are right-handed unless you make them lefthanded

i prefer an integral liner, like the sebenza. because of the one hand opening and closing and the strength.

Nearly 80 % of the lockback's I make are one hand opening ambidexious I have seen in the other forums that they were talking abou accidental closures from tapping the back of the blades I have a couple of linner-lock's that have been pretty tough though.

I love lockbacks.
I cannot imagine one opening unintentionally and they seem stronger than linerlocks to me.
As a both-hander, I like something that looks the same on both sides.
I have written to BM and asked them to make a AFCK with liners as a lockback, and they directed me to their 710.
I don't trust the 710's lock.
I can see lots of ways of accidentally unlocking it.

Yes to the looking the same on both sides I hat it when I pick up a knife and the back side doesn't match up that is one of my biggest pepeaves on profesionaly made knives especialy if the grind lines dont look the same
