Or I could just tell you that you may have to drill it out with a very small bit, unless you can find an E-Z Out that small.

If it's the head that's stripped and you cant get your toes bit in it you could try laying a rubber band across it before putting your bit in. It may still fit and also give you a little grip to get it out.

Take a hack saw blade and score the head of the screw, then you should be able to CAREFULLY remove it with a flat head screwdriver.
