I'd like to get my first fixed blade, just to have it. Not for carry or defensive use - just to have for camping, throwing in the bag when vacationing at a rental condo, etc.
I've decided on Frost's, based on recommendations from here, in Stainless with synthetic handle & guard, based on my own desire for a safe, low-maintenance tool.
I know we're only talking about a $10 knife here, but let me throw it out there - Between the "Swedish Army" model and the "Clipper", which is better ? The Army model has a cheesy looking sheath, but the Clipper has an odd-looking handle ergos, but a better looking, pouch type sheath.
Opinions ?
