Which Gen is This XM18 3.5?

Hey Guys,
The only XMs I have are all current gen, until I bought this one. I was hoping some of the experts here might shed some light as to details on this new purchase. I don't have it, yet, so these are the only pics available @ the moment. The quality of the pics is adding to my lack of expertise in present an ID challenge for me. Is that a hand ground blade I see? Is that an original scale? Blade material?

I had thought the the lack of a clip filler plate might have been characteristic of an earlier gen, on review of the Gen thread, I see that the fill plate is present on all gens pictured. Based on that, I'm doubting this piece is genuine.

Yep cheap rip off on fleabay, however he says "repli" Hinderer in his description. What you have there is a CCC Knife. Cheap, chinese crap! Hey I may be the first to coin those letters as a description.
