I would be tempted to buy the Benchmade. I'm not impressed with Emerson's quality control, and the MOD seems unnecessarily expensive.

The 154CM tanto-style blade of the BM 722 is excellent, and with the 722 you get the Axis-lock...That would be my choice.

Another vote for Benchmade! The Axis lock is SOLID, customer service top-notch, QC awesome!!! My EDC is a Strider... AND a Benchmade.

for what use?? the CQC7 is more of a self defense style blade, the BM would be great for SD or utility, MOD would be about like the BM except no axis lock, of the 3 i would get the BM, though none of the 3 would be my first choice for anything, really.

get a BM axis AFCK, or a emerson SOCFK, skip the MOD imho.
