Which is the most heavy duty? Reynolds? Are any of the off brands(such as dollar stores) equivalent or worthwhile? None of the brands(including Reynolds) list the thickness of the sheets. Heck, even trashbags list their thickness.

Reynolds NO STICK best by far.I have found many uses for it that other foils can't do.I just used some over a glue that needed to be clamped,it worked great.No food cooked in it will stick,it just slides off onto your plate.Wish i invented it.

Just for pure thickness you can't go wrong with the "professional" or "foodservice" versions of the foils. They are much thicker and usually on a wider roll. I get mine at costco.

Neko2 and Toro;
Thanks for tips. Have to go back to Costco and look around again.

Last time I was there they had a 2 pack of regular renyolds premium foil with a free roll of the no-stick stuff...

Nothing beats Reynolds for keeping the voices out... The cheap store brand stuff just doesn't cut it.
