I am looking to purchase a good neck knife. One that will not be to bulky as i want to wear it everyday under my shirt and i want to conceal it. I dont want to break the bank with but also want quality. Any sugestions?

I've been through a few and so far the Izula is my favorite. Not necessarily the best for everyone but works best for me.

Im partial to my Gossman UNK. It hasnt left my neck or pocket since I got it. For me, its perfect.

Ill also throw in a reccomendation for a Turley Boones Branch. I have played with a couple and really love that design.

ESEE Izula. Ive owned 3. I keep thinking Ill like it, but always end up selling em or just giving them away. I despise coated blades I guess.

UNK...? Yea... that's the ticket...

I have an Izula but for some reason it has only been on a few trips into the woods. I'm like J, I just don't seem to like the coated knives.

I've been very happy w/ Fallkniven WM1- big enough to be handy, small enough to be out of the way, steel is nice

it's light (2.5 oz) and the profile is very flat which is handy w/ neck carry

not cheap, but won't break the bank either

that UNK definitely looks like a nice little blade :) specs on it?

+1 on the WM1.

i was considering rehandling my 3G one with orange scales, i thibnk i might have too after seeing mtwarden's pic. nice!

Not Bulky, Titanium with a carbide embedded edge.
Mitchell Knives the Drone

Gransfors Bruks Neck Knife.

Tiny, lightweight, unobtrusive, razor sharp... It works for me!

I do like the WM1... very nice... My UNK by Scott Gossman is O1 steel, 7" overall with a 3 1/4" blade, 3" cutting edge. It's an 1/16" thick by 1" wide, blade tapers to 3/4" wide toward the point. I had him make it thin for me... I think he normally does it in 1/8" O1 or A2.

thanks- looks like a handy knife :)

I wear an Izula when I even wear a neck knife and I only have great things to say about it. You might want to check out Blind Horse Knives as they have plenty of blades that would do the trick.

+1 on the Izula. Some other good ones in my rotation are the Boker Gnome, CRKT Folts (now available in three blade styles), CRKT Dogfish.

Another vote for the ESEE Izula. They hit the neck knife nail on the head.

lol i have to agree with esee. the izula or izula 2 is where its at. for the money i am not sure you could beat either or especially with the warranty.

I've really been enjoying my Blind Horse Knives Frontier Valley patch knife with a Scandi grind. It comes with a leather neck sheath and it's darn handy.
