So which Busse knife do you think is the most numerous Busse ever made. Handle and blade colors are insignificant, ie. FBM, FFBM, FBMLE, CGFBM are all FBM's and they get lumped in one group. HHFSH, FSH, HOFSH, FSHLE are the same. etc. finishes and handle colors don't count.

I would agree that the GW is top banana, but the FBM might be a very close second in all it's forms.

Empty scotch bottles.

Oh you said knife.

If you would have asked "what is the second most numerous Busse?"

You would have had a discussion.

All I can say is that from my perspective the GW looks like the most numerous.
Some oldtimers may have different views, I don't have the perspective to know any more than that.

It has to be the Game Warden. Just look at how many of those there are running around the place. :D

Got to be the warden... but I suspect Cobalt is right about the FBM, which is probably a close second.

I think it may be close. GW by a nose...maybe

GW's, around 30 models, average 60 each= 1,800:confused: maybe more, maybe a little less
Then the ganza GW's

FBM, near 1000 LE's alone, then that many more CG's or more
Then the ganza FBM's

Then again I don't know crap

I would say BATAC would be one of the top contenders with being the most produced,
The FBM's and GW's are so numerous also though so It's one of those three models for sure..

GWs are clearly the biggest product for Skunk, but I think they're comparatively limited versus the productions. The SJT was up FOREVER!

I'm betting on something like the SH-e, so I voted "other".

I have a sneaky suspision that the FBM reigns supreme. The flagship of the entire dominator line. China's first serious competition for steel consumption in decades.

As popular as the GWs are, people were anticipating the release of the FBM for years. That's an awefully long time for someone to save up for a knife. Or three. Or ten.

If the poll questions was which one sold more at the Company Store, I would guess the GW, but only because it was never a regular release. One stinky good special though. :)

I say "other". Specifically, the Steel Heart E. That was the staple of the Busse line, the logo model and company symbol, and was in constant production, for about 5 years. Back in a time when there were fewer 'Ganzas, variants, custom shop work, etc., everyone was buying what the company offered on the website, and for a loooong time, that meant a SHE. When Jerry first ramped up the company from little to fairly big, when INFI started to become popular, etc., it was, to a majority extent, the SHE which was responsible. (Sure, the BME was first, and the BME and the NOE were also popular, but not as popular, I think.)

I'd be very surprised if it wasn't the FBM:eek: over the GW and by a significant amt.

Are we considering Mili contracts too?? Were any FBM's made for the military? How many SMOG GW's went that way? SJTAC's?? BATAC's...Etc.??? Curious here. :)

If you lumped the "ENTIRE Steel Heart" as a group that is where my money would be.

I voted GW....but more importantly, do we ever think we're really going to get a verified answer to the question?

I think the FBM may prove to be the winner. It seems to come up as variants continuosly and there is also no shortage of them still being sold/bought.
But, I've been wrong before. How are we going to find out? Is Jerry going to chime in?
