Which Ka-Bar Sheath to Get?

I have a brown USMC one and a Kydex Next Generation in the mail. Now I want a new black one but I can't decide whether or not to get the black leather or the Kydex. The source I'm getting from costs the same. I also have heard that all Kydex will fit all 7 inch blades so thats a plus for the leather.

Any suggestions guys?
 
I've heard that the leather has a chance of tearing and is bad in wet condition. And the Kydex is a bit bulker but makes a nice click when it goes in and out.

The thing it I already have a Kydex sheath for the Next Generation so I'm wondering if it's worth having two.
 
If you dont mind spending a little more get the Eagle made nylon sheath that KABAR offers. I have two of these and in my opinion they are well worth the money.
