I'm thinking that I might like to make my next khukuri a Gelbu Special (if I don't wait out the village khukuri delivery). one thing I've noticed, though, is that there's a significant difference between the GS shown on the HI web page, and the one shown on the Smoothsale site.
I particularly like the sleek lines of the GS on the HI page. The Smoothsale version doesn't do it for me. So, here's my question - is this a matter of who forges the blade? If so, whose was the one on the HI page?
