i have to sell 1 of my 3 knives: Mad Dog ATAK, Busse Tac Jack, Chris Reeve Project II w/ camo finish. i love them all but i need the money. which should i sell?

these will be working field knives.

I would keep the busse and the project II. I own both the project I and II. I use both on a regular basis in the outdoors. It makes a fine general purpose blade, plus the hollow handle can carry items you might need in a pinch.

can you guys please give reasons too?

What reasons are you looking for, as far as which will be worth more in the future? Which are "better"? Pic the one that fits you the best and set it aside, then look at the next two and start looking at pro's and con's(that are of your opinion).

In my opinion I would keep the Mad Dog and the Busse, I just dont see as many Mad Dogs available and I really like that model Busse. The CRK you might get the least money for but I think you could replace it in the future w/o alot of hastle at least the non camo version. The Busse would probably sell quickly but you might have a harder time finding one for the price you let it go for in the future.

I would go with the one I like the best myself, or that one that "if I sold it I would deeply regret it".

I would sell the one that is the easiest to replace. If they are equally easy/difficult to replace, I would sell the one that saw the least use, or that fit my hand least well.

Voted for keeping the Busse, as it might be harder and cost you more money down the road to replace. And because I really like Busse.

Maybe find something other than one of your knives to sell, or wrangle up an odd job or two for some coinage. If you do sell, I like Robb's idea of selling the one that is easiest to replace sometime down the road.

cheers
