Which knife would you buy?

Boss street for a number of reasons but I think you're comparing apples to oranges. The Busse is probably thicker, a little bigger, over twice as much money, the list goes on.
 
Probably the busse. I could then turn around and sell t and get me a few ESEEs. Like hoopster said though, the boss street is about twice as thick and uses a superior steel. If it was a scenario where I could not sell the knife only use it I would go with the RC-3. Thinner, better for carving imo and 1095 steel is relativley easy to sharpen. I never use a knife where I would need a steel like INFI, 1095 is just fine for me.
 
Neither i would buy a Swamp Rat,RMD or HRLM.

Seriously you can't go wrong with either the Boss Street or the ESEE-3.

Between these two i would take the Busse.
