This might be an old or frequently asked questions, BUT which is your favorite among the cold steel knives and why, and if you could get them to bring back one of the previous lines of knives, rising like a phoenix from the ashes, which would they be and why ? for me it would be the Hold Out III, The Talwar, G-10 Espada line or the medium sized voyager line, as dont get me wrong, I do like the large sized knives (The Spartan and Espada are 2 of my favorites..), but the medium sized ones tend to draw less eyebrow raised when you draw them.

Old style lawman with thicker handle but with smooth scale.
Swift with manual action instead of assisged.
Old style voyager with neutral handle but with triad lock.
Hatamoto with triad lock
Caledonian edge with triad lock
Medium Hold Out that’s between the size of hold out 2 and hold out 3.

Yes the Desperado is an excellent knife . I've got 3. Still the most devastating smallish fixed blade I've ever seen. My 6" Vaquero Grande and 5" Vaquero [ VG 1 steel and made in Japan] both serrated as are the Desperados, are also sadly long discontinued. There still is the XL vaquero Voyager [of course I bought the serrated version] which some people rate as the best self defense folder around.

bring back the emergency rescue (ER-1)
with a non-serrated razor edge oprion..
requires an adjustable tension metal
screw thru locking system.
a remould handle with a slight thumb rest
along with a finger guard would be nice.
