I`m continuing on my quest to build 5 knives for myself. I already have the original survival model, and today I ground a Kephart blank out of some leftover 5/32" stock. My question for you guys is this, what small knife and what big knife should I make for myself. In case you are wondering what the 5th is, it will be one of my hatchets.

If you are talking about knives already in your line I'd definitely do a Lobo !

Yes, I mean knives in my current line. I want to have some for myself, plus there might be something else coming up where I need to have some models on hand.

Wait John changed my mind,LOL ! If ya have one of your survival knives already then I'd have a 6" Hudson Bay as the other big knife I think......damn they look cool !

Definitely need one of the Anniversary EDCs John.
Classic in it's own right. Kep is a given I think though I see your on that already ;)

How about making yourself one of these?

Awesome knife!

Best,

Lobo is my vote cool knife design . but an anniversary ecd would be a great smaller knife .

I like the looks of the Lobo.

And the AK EDC (of course) for the smaller knife.

^ especially if your removing it from your lineup, they'll be worth BIG bucks someday :)

personally if I was making them, I'd have one (probably more than one :D) of each one

No warnie?

I also think there needs to be a bowie in your collection, maybe even design a new one, a big bowie ;)

Very good to hear, I've had the thought of a custom bowie in my head for a while but still waiting for the "one" to pop up.

Small: Neckmuk, Baby Kephart, or AK EDC.

Large: hmmm... Hudson, Lobo, or... a bowie :)

I trhink the best knife you have ever made was the original RUSK.
How about one of them, maybe with your cool maroon micarta for grips; then again, you simply cannot go wrong with the natural micarta.

I think you'd like it a lot, the maker does an amazing job with this design.
