i for some reason, can't think of the name for the assembly....it's on tip my tongue, but
just will not roll off....
anyway,i have some trapper handles, liners, etc. that are the diffrent assembly type.
i am wondering if it is possible to find whatever is needed to assemble them?...i have one back spring.
i want to make it a single blade,so what will i need?...i have both handles,back spring,and blade....
there are no holes drilled in bolsters for pins?...it's assembled the other way....
thank you,
jd

p.s.i'd also like to know how to take a knife made without the pins apart to repair without damage?
if there are any links,be nice....i just not sure what to look for?...

Schrade used the Swinden Key when assembling most of their knives.
I would buy another knife on ebay, I would think redesigning the wheel would all be too hard.
