Which looks better in your opinion , A or B?

I think this should be the best place to ask for suggestion when it come to aesthetic decision.

This is made by local knifemakers and it going to be my grail knife! 0.28" thick CPM-3V full custom tactical style blade with fuller.

But I can't decide between these 2 tip design? What would you guy pick between top and bottom?

I prefer "B" as the overall design flows best in my opinion.

Me too.
For your "tactical" requirement the A tip would be stronger, yes?

I chose A for this style of knife. It's more aggressive to me.

Both are sweet. There would be usage factors which should affect this, but they would go over my skill level.

I would choose A...it's a better match with the cutting edge thus matches the overall aesthetic!

B if the cutting edge were more traditional/rounded, that would be equally appealing.

Not only does it flow better, but to me A looks like a mistake that was corrected.
B looks "right"
